Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level. Please note that iliferobot.store is the official US website of ILIFE. We can only send packages to customers in Contiguous United States. And we cannot ship to PO Box address. Hope you understand.

The following is the shipping policy for shipments from US warehouses.
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
-Processing time: 1~3 Days Business Days
-Delivery time: 3~7 Business Days
(We don't process orders on weekends.)

Shipping method and shipping fee:
-Shipping methods: UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics
-Shipping fee: Free shipping & returns on all robots.
Accessories: 
Orders under $50 - Shipping Fee: $8.00
Orders over $50 (inclusive) - Free Shipping.

Any order that incurs shipping costs, the shipping fee will not be considered for refunds. Please be aware of this.

2. Guam
3. Hawaii
4. Marshall Islands
5. Northern Mariana Islands
6. Palau
7. Puerto Rico
8. U.S. Virgin Islands
9. Armed Forces Americas
10. Armed Forces Europe
11. Armed Forces Pacific
12. Micronesia
13. Alaska

Please note that the above is the corresponding US warehouse shipment plan.
If any of the parts you ordered need to be shipped from the China warehouse, you will be charged a shipping fee of $12 regardless of the amount of your order, and the delivery time may take up to 25 business days. Hope you understand.
