1.Make sure the scraper and roller are installed correctly.
2.Check whether the scraper is dirty or damaged, and clean or replace it with a new one.
3.Check if the roller is deformed or dirty, and clean or replace it with a new roller.
4.Run the robot, listen to the sound, and check if the fan motor is working normally.
5.Check if the pink filter is clogged. If so, it may affect the suction power of the Shinebot. Remove the filter and clean it.
6.Make sure your floor is flat, not bumpy, and has no more than 0.3 inches of clearance.
7.Fill the clean water tank to the minimum level and run the robot again.
